We are delighted to announce the latest ENGAGER policy brief – by Working Group 4. It is titled Energy communities and energy poverty: Moving towards a new social and ecological contract?.

The brief has been jointly written by Rachel Guyet (Centre International de Formation Européenne, CIFE, France), Florian Hanke (European University Viadrina, Germany) and Mariëlle Feenstra (University of Twente, The Netherlands).

The brief is based on the results of a joint study on how energy communities could tackle energy poverty and injustices.
