We are delighted to welcome Dr Rachel Guyet, Energy programme director at the International Centre for European Education (Sciences Po, Paris) the Core Group of our Action. Rachel has been a one of the most active and devoted participants in ENGAGER to date, as evidenced by her leadership of the highly successful Winter School in Cluj. Rachel is also a Management Committee member from France.
